mon-x: I’ve been sleeping at 6am in the morning for the past two weeks and it’s killing me. I’ve skipped two meals a Fay cause I wake up usually at 7pm the same day. Help please? I can’t function well. I’m scared of closing my eyes when the night’s really pitch dark. Only when I see the sunlight , I could sleep in peace. Omfg.
